  A friend and I went for breakfast on Sunday. We had also gone the Sunday before. The first Sunday, service was horrible. We were seated but had no placemats, no silverware, nothing. About 20 minutes later, our order was taken. Another 20 minutes and our breakfast arrived. We had to ask for silverware. The waitress came back with two forks, no knives to cut with, no spoons to stir our coffee with. After eating, we decided it must be a fluke, they must have been short handed. This past Sunday, we decided to give them a second chance. We were seated immediately, our order was taken within 15 minutes. The waitress had to come back twice to ask about our order again and again. 30 minutes later, we asked what appeared to be a manager if we could get our coffee. She bought over 2 cups of cold coffee. When my friend told her it was cold, the waitress/manager just said " is it?" A few minutes later we were brought hot coffee, a full cup for my friend, a half cup for me. 45 minutes later we got breakfast, by this time the lunch crowd was coming in and there were still people waiting for their breakfast. Service was terrible. They will NOT get a third chance.

  The unfortunate series of TERRIBLE wait time, this place will make you wonder why you didn't choose to kill yourself a long time ago. Avoid at all costs and save yourself insanity and don't think you will make a fast one just by ordering a milkshake that will be 15 mins atleast. Make yourself a salad, go for a jog and say no to steak n shake. Thank me later after you save yourself from a depressing long night on a date with a fat cup of whipped cream and cold limp fries that will make you scream (Why GOD, WHY??)
