  This Dunkin' Donuts absolutely sucks. I sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And after sitting in the line for 25 minutes, the lady at the drive thru took another 10 minutes to take my order & asked me to "please hold" when I started to tell her what I wanted. After finally getting to the window to pay, my coffee was wrong, & so was my food order. You need a new staff, & make sure they're trained to handle Sunday morning rush.

  Unfortunately this is my local dunkin donuts. Over the last few months their service has been subpar. The drive thru line is a mess. I go at times when there shouldn't be a 10 minute wait and there is today at 11am I waited for almost 15 minutes in the drive thru and still had to go into the store as my order was wrong.

  Ordered two Frozen Dunkaccino and got one hot Dunkaccino. I spoke loud and clear and said two times FROZEN. After reclamation I got one Frozen Dunkaccino. I complained again and then got the second one. Not my best stop at a Dunkin Donuts.

  This is the second time we have waited more than 15-20 minutes in the drive through line. Unfortunately, the staff seem unorganized and extremely slow.
