  I'm constantly disappointed in this place. I was so excited to have a DD open up on my way to work, but will go out of my way to avoid having to stop here. In my most recent trip, a girl in the back decided she wasn't going to buckle down and work through the rush and instead grabbed her things and yelled to the manager (who was there on her day off) across the store, in front of tons of customers, that she quit. My drinks are seldom made correctly, if at all in a timely manner. The staff doesn't work together as a unit, and will hold conversations together instead of waiting on customers....makes it a poor experience for their guests.
