  On Sunday, April 2 my husband and I stopped in to this Fort Myers location.The first thing we immediately notice is 2 employees one male, one female flirting and I'm messing around with each other, and about six or seven other employees just standing around. While we weren't really interested in a meal, we did notice that they were out of lettuce and mushrooms because of the signs posted on the cash registers, the clerk told us that was because a case of mushrooms was missing, but they have hotdogs. We decided on two Oreo mint custard specials at which time we were told they were out of that as well. So we decided on two small twist custards. While waiting for our order we watched all these employees with nothing to do walking around, getting drinks, chatting and having a grand old time. I actually was taking pictures and video because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. That's all well and good if you don't have customers or no one is waiting for their food, but, from a business owners point of view it's not ok, find something to do.
  
  There was a gentleman that was there before us and who knows how long he was waiting, all he asked for was a custard as well. We waited 20 minutes for two small custards before I finally went up to the register and asked where are our order is, and pretty much received the "deer in the headlights look" from the girl who said I'm working on it. I received our custards one was bigger than the other and I asked her what is wrong with these cups and she kind of just looked at me. I was just trying to make a point that there was inconsistency with how they were served. She obviously couldn't grasp what I was saying. I took a custard and sat down.
  
  Now, back to the gentleman who was sitting waiting for his order before us, approximately 10 minutes after we received our custards, he finally walked over to the register to ask where his order was. My husband and I were dumbfounded when all he received was a small cup of custard. We're now A hour into this he should've been long gone. But nobody was paying attention to the customers, nobody was paying attention to the orders, and it was clear that no management/supervisor was present or cared.
  
  We more than likely we will not be going back there. A 6 months or a year from now it will be a miracle if you're still in business. I wish you success.

  I'm visiting from out of town, and wish so badly we had a BugerFi in West MI! I ordered the Breakfast All Day Burger. It's great. The burger itself is amazing, and the extra toppings just make it that much better. The staff made my family and I feel welcomed - both front and back of the house. If I wasn't so full, I'd order some custard too
