I asked whether the friers for the items on their gluten free menu were shared for other items. The server came back and told me the cook said, "The friers are shared, but that shouldn't matter because it's hot enough that nothing lives and is all burned off." If you're celiac or highly sensitive, you know that is the most ludicrous statement from a kitchen offering "gluten free." I just stuck with the modified hummus plate, which was fresh and excellent. My friends had sliders with onion straws and said they were "freakin' awesome."January 29, 2017
